IBEW LOCAL 701

Working with senior local union 701 leaders, drallc upgraded and modernized the Warrenville, Illinois Apprentice classrooms, Boardroom, Bathrooms, and other vital spaces to create a vibrant workplace attractive to the union's membership.

IBEW Local 701 Apprentice Hall

Leading to classrooms dedicated to teaching electrical apprentices the trade, the apprentice hall consists of industrial flooring and refurbished lighting.

Men's Bathroom

Gut rehab of the bathrooms consisted of tile, plumbing, electrical, glass and stone work.

Board Room

New lighting, acoustical ceiling, furniture, and carpet upgrades the board room to meet the needs of 20 voting members.

Atrium

Adding vibrant detail, drallc used color to create an atrium space welcoming to the public and union members alike. Ceiling fans were added to increase air flow.

Main Hall

A circular hall holding 250 participants, drallc designed a circular carpet pattern and color gradient wall system to add warmth to the space while upgrading the audio-visual system to support presentations and gatherings by large groups.

IBEW Local 701 Union Hall

The main hallway leading to the pension fund and wellness center received a custom carpet pattern with an ombre wall gradation of colors to create interest along the extensive corridors.
